After Hours Medical Care/Home Visits
For after-hours urgent home visits, please dial 13 7425 (13 SICK) or visit The National Home Doctor Service.
For after-hours non-emergencies, please dial 1800 022 222 or visit Health Direct.
Home Visits
Home visits from one of our doctors with current patients may be possible in exceptionally high need circumstances; however this service is not offered by all doctors at the clinic. To enquire about a home visit call (08) 8276 5055 .
Cancelling your appointment
Please contact us on (08) 8276 5055 to cancel your appointment asap. Giving us 3 hours’ notice can allow us to contact other patients who may be in need of an appointment.
Non-attendance
Failure to attend scheduled appointments may result in being charged a non-attendance fee of $55. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made. This fee is not claimable on Medicare.
